Bed frame with headboard and footboard – are parts of a bed for two side rails also provide support for box springs and mattresses. There are two common ways of fixing headboards and footboards with side rails, depending on construction of bed. First method is to align three metal clips at each end of side rails with slots in headboard and footboard. Second method requires an Allen wrench to fix bolts holding frame.
Connecting rails with hooks to get bed frame with headboard and footboard, Lean headboard against wall where bed is placed. Fix bracket on floor with side fixing up two lanes. Also three metal hooks on one of side rails with three slots to left or right of header. Press hooks into three slots. L-shaped side rail must be facing inward, and lower lip part on rail supports mattress. Press down firmly on side to secure rail in place with head rail. Repeat with second lane. Lift footrest position on other ends of side rails. Align hooks at end of each rail with grooves and insert footboard. Push down firmly on rails to lock foot of bed.
Connecting with an Allen wrench, it is up to head against wall where bed is placed. Fix bracket on floor with side fixing up two lanes. Hold end of left rail against headboard, aligning holes in metal bracket on rail with three holes in headboard. Insert a bolt through each hole in support rail and into hole in head. Tighten with Allen wrench. Final round of key fits into hole on face of each stud. Turn right to tighten. Fasten second rail of headboard with bolts and tighten with Allen key. Connect abutment to side rails with screws and Allen wrench and bed frame with headboard and footboard is ready!
